Department of Electronics Accriditated to Computer Courses (DOEACC) is and autonomous scientific society of Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Govt. of India having its head quarter in New Delhi, Electrnonics Niketan, 6, CGO Complex. DOEACC have been recently renamed by National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT).

National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) is an implementing government agency for a joint scheme of All India Council for Technical Education and Department of Information Technology (formerly Department of Electronics Accredited to Computer Courses (DOEACC Society), Government of India. The objective of the Scheme is to develop quality manpower in IT by utilizing the expertise available with the computer training institutes who are granted accreditation for conducting specified Levels of courses, subject to their meeting well-defined norms and criteria. NIELIT has its presence globally particularly in India, its courses are available in most of districts.
